today woke up like 6 plus.
ate breakfast and travelled for an hour to the sch for training.
did some usual warm up stuff to adapt.
went for lunch at 11.30 at a hotel.
slacked and went back to the sch for friendly.
juniors lost 3:0 but seniors won 3:0
went for dinner with the the sch's volleyball players.
cos is their sch's treat for all.
then went to convience store wo buy stuff and then bubble tea shop/
now we are back in hotel.
